When im about to install .net framework 4.0. i got this error
I think its got something to do with file ownership.
i can't open my Antivir,i can't mourn img file.
I've already tried a lot of solutions from the questions here, but no luck for me. I did try the standalone installer and the "assembly2" method, so what is there left?

I am trying to install .net framework 3.5 service pack 1, I have also checked both the features associated with it in Windows turn on or off features, but it still wouldn't let me install (the window pops up saying set up error at the far left of the window).
Any help would be really appreciated.

I have installed VS 2008 professional under Vista Ultimate. I cannot create a setup project because Setup & Deployment project template is missing. There are no project templates listed under "Other Project Types" (or for under "Test Projects").
I have reinstalled VS 2008 and still have the same problem.

I recently purchased QuickBooks 2014 which, when it attempted to install .NET 4.0, said there was a problem. So I decided to download the .NET Framework directly from Microsoft and install it myself to see if I could get more details. This also failed, and I see in the log file that the error is "Not enough space." This does not make sense as I have four hard disks withat least 46.7 GB free on each of them! I browsed through some of the other postings on here and have tried downloading the full, standalone installer for the framework, have run it as Administrator, and have turned off Firewall & Antivirus. Nothing's changed.
I can't run QuickBooks 2014 without this. Can somebody please offer any ideas? I'm sure Intuit won't help with this.
