If i dont have .netframework 4.5.1 verstion in my PC,while opening my application(.exe) it should ask do you want to install .netframework verstion?

Hi,

When i open my Application(.exe) it is asking like "do you want to install .netframework verstion?"

Alrady i am using .net4.5.1 only. This time i dont want to ask this "error window",When i dont have .net 4.5.1 framework that time i want this "error window".Please verify bellow attached  code in app.Config file and "error window".

Please help me.......
