"Faulting module name: clr.dll" error message when you run a Microsoft .NET Framework 4-based application(kb2640103)

We're facing problem on our application which was developped using .NET fram work 4.

I found the event log related with this and tried to find the solution.

And there's the page even in MS here "support.microsoft.com/kb/2640103" but, I couldn't find any hotfix file or updates for this even though it says that it needs hotfix.

Please let me know where it is.
