I tried running every MSBUILD version of this, and still on manage to get this error with little to no differences. I'm not sure of any other methods that I can take to get this running in this. I looked around and no one seems to have a clear cut answer for this. Is there anyway to get a clearer error given for this? Or can someone help me get passed this error? This builds in Visual Studio, but when I try to make a Build Definition for it, this is when I seem to get this error. The following settings are what I have. What exactly am I supposed to be doing here? I see that it should be version 15 (for what's on my computer itself), but for tfs, I'm not sure. I'm using a self-hosted agent, and I tried putting the builds on the host computer that houses the agent, and that didn't do much either.
The other questions on the forums seemed to be much older, so I'm not sure.
