Net Framework 2.0 SDK setup won't even show up on Windows 8

I need to install Net Framework 2.0 SDK in my Windows 8 RTM computer. I've tried the x86 and x64 installers (from herehttp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19988), all compatibility modes, almost everything, and the setup simply won't show up, so I need some help.
