Code coverage on non development environment (using vsinstr, vsperfmon, vsperfcmd)

Hello,

I have used vsinstr, vsperfmon,vsperfcmd VS command utilities to gather code coverage of executable in development environment (VS 2013 installed).

I wish to gather code coverage data from UAT environment where visual studio is not installed. Can I do a stand alone installation of these command line tools to gather code coverage? If yes then how?
