I'm not sure if heading is correct. my question is, i have tried a multitude of times to download update Internet 11,for windows 7, and every time it fails.I've tried the little fix it wizard, tried everything, and just keep getting error message 9C59

Please help just keep getting error message 9c59 over and over and over, can't find help on windows help and support, can't find imfo online,need help.it says this is important update. again it says the update is Internet explorer 11, for windows 7, and it fails and i get error message 9c59
